Leadership Development Plan
Purpose
The purpose of the Experiential Leadership Plan Course Project is to further the application of leadership/managerial aspects of the nursing profession through interactive discussion and participation with topic area experts. The purpose of Milestone 3, Leadership Development Plan, is to finalize your progress for attaining your individual goals and report your mastery of these goals to date, which will be submitted on the Leadership Development Plan form.
Course Outcomes
This assignment enables the student to meet the following course outcomes:
CO1: Apply leadership concepts, skills, and decision-making in the provision of high quality nursing care, healthcare team management, and the oversight and accountability for care delivery in a variety of settings (PO2).
CO3: Participate in the development and implementation of imaginative and creative strategies to enable systems to change (PO7).
CO6: Develop a personal awareness of complex organizational systems and integrate values and beliefs with organizational mission (PO7).

You are to submit your completed NR447 Milestone 3 Leadership Development Plan Form to the Milestone 3 Dropbox by Sunday, 11:59 p.m. MT, at the end of Week 6.
